Athletic Edge Strength and Conditioning was founded by Bruce Burley. Bruce grew up in the Town of Mansfield and learned to appreciate athletics at an early age when he started playing soccer. While attending Mansfield High School he was a three sport athlete in Football, Basketball, and Track. In his college years he focused on football and played for Wagner College and later at Bridgewater State University. There he earned a bachelorʼs in Exercise Science and pursued his passion of athletics and fitness by coaching young athletes and training individuals. Coaching athletes and training individuals to achieve their goals has given him a great deal of personal satisfaction and allowed him the opportunity to watch athletes and individuals achieve goals they never thought were possible.
